Meet Terrie and Lily! Last month, you’ve met Patti and Maximus. This month, please allow us to introduce you to Terrie and Lily. We’re so pleased for Terrie and Lily to join the Book Buddies. Lily’s quiet and supportive nature is very encouraging for our young readers. Lily is from Seville, Spain. She is a Galgo, a Spanish sighthound, Terrie rescued when she learned of their dire plight. Lily is now living the good life with Terrie. |

| Here are some fun facts about Lily! Age: 7.5 years old Type of Dog: Galgo From: Seville, Spain Adopted from: Love, Hope, Belive Galgo Adoption Inc. Favorite treat: Almonds! Specialty: Kisses! Lots and lots of kisses! Favorite activity: Digging tunnels. Lily is an expert tunnel digger. If you need some digging, Lily is your dog! Favorite season: The transitional ones, between summer and winter Favorite way to relax: Snuggling with her Mom, Terrie Favorite book genre: Action books, especially ones with chase scenes! Nickname: Lily’s full name is Princess Tigger Lily, but she goes by her nickname, Lily. She is also known as Lily Beans, Bubba, and Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookie |

The Book Buddies Reading Program takes place… every second Saturday of the month at City Dog Vet Clinic (1004 East Washington Ave. in Madison) from 9:30 – 11:25 am. Reserve a free 20-minute reading session here . Spots are still available in December! Our reading program at Valor is on a temporary hold for now, until further notice! |
