Meet our Book Buddies, Jacqueline LeFevre and her dog, Sam! Jacqueline and Sam are certified as a therapy dog team through Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Since 2024, the Book Buddies have visited the Goodman Community Center to help children improve their reading skills in its START Literacy Initiative. Jacqueline and Sam have been a part of this incredible program since its inception. They also join other Book Buddies to visit local schools.
Jacqueline is an instructional designer and lifelong educator who combines creativity, empathy, and evidence-based practices to make learning meaningful. Jacqueline is also a Taradiddle Judge!
